Forgiveness (or lack thereof) affects most of us every day, whether we realize it or not. Throughout the 7 days of this workshop you will be taught 5 practices, that you can start implementing in your life right away, to find forgiveness even if a) you don't know you have someone or something to forgive and b) if you do know who you need to forgive but you're not quite ready.
