Happy Face Guided Meditation

Sometimes it feels like we take life a little too seriously and we don't even realize how much joy can be found when we CHOOSE to feel it. Philosophers once questioned, do the expressions on our face cause emotion or does emotion create the expression? An interesting question and today's guided meditation will help you find the answer.

What's in this workshop?

This workshop is a short 5 minute guided visualization to help you feel what happens in your body when you choose to SMILE!

Tip: To enhance the experience, place a drop of one of your favorite oils in the palm of your hand, rub together, cup the nose and mouth, and breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Rub the excess on the back of your neck. For a JOYFUL experience try using any citrus oil-- lemon, orange, grapefruit, Bergamot, or tangerine. For more of an invigorating boost, use an oil like Peppermint, Wintergreen, or Eucalyptus.
