What are your (Character) Strengths?

Take this quick 150 question quiz to understand YOU better--learn what drives your daily decisions, interactions, relationships, and why you do what you do and why you feel what you feel.

What's in this workshop?

This quiz changed my life. Literally. I took the quiz and it told me that my #1 character strength is "honesty" and my number #3 character strength is "authenticity" (my #2 was "creativity"). In an instant, my life made complete sense. Ha! For the first time, I understood why disingenuous people drive me up a wall, I understood why I can't have close relationships with people that don't do what they say they're going to do and don't say what they mean, and I understood why when my children lie to me, I have a very strong (over) reaction.

On the other hand, I realized that is why I am dependable, I'm a vault (I can keep a secret like nobody's business:)), you will always know where you stand with me, and if you ask for honest feedback, I will give it to you straight. Kind but straight.

Weaknesses are often our strengths overused, right? So, knowing your strengths will also help you understand your weaknesses. Understanding who you are and how you operate (not even necessarily worrying about why you are the way you are), cannot only help you find more fulfillment in your business, relationships, and life but it can also help you better live from a space of compassion, peace, and acceptance, of self and others.

Note: You will have to create a quick account to take the quiz but I took the quiz almost a year ago and I have not received any communication from the company since. At the end you also have to take a quick survey but it's quick and easy. Worth it, for sure!

If you are really trying to work through something, apply 1-2 drops 3-5 times a day or diffuse your favorite blend.
